About the Role This internship offers a hands-on introduction to the commercial side of luxury hospitality, with a focus on sales and revenue management. You will work closely with the Director of Revenue and the Director of Sales & Marketing, supporting daily activities as well as selected projects. The role is office-based from Monday to Friday, with extensive use of Excel as a key working tool. This internship is ideal for a detail-oriented, tech-savvy student who is eager to understand how sales and revenue activities contribute to overall hotel performance. Key Responsibilities Support the Sales and Revenue Management teams in day-to-day activities Assist with reporting, including data collection and basic analysis Monitor hotel ramp-up on a daily basis and provide input to support commercial decisions Participate in Revenue and Sales meetings Conduct data research, market research, and competitive analysis Develop monthly reports Process proposal requests; create, maintain, and update databases Play an active role in administrative tasks within the team and support ad-hoc projects You will act as an important connection between data and commercial operations, with plenty of room to show initiative and develop your skills.   What We Offer Internship allowance of €600 gross per month (based on 38 hours per week) Travel allowance available Daily meals in our staff canteen, free of charge Cross-training opportunities in other departments to broaden your skills You will build up 1 vacation day per month during your internship Up to 50% discount at F&B outlets in 4- and 5-star hotels in Amsterdam We have a Learning & Development Manager dedicated to your personal and professional development.
