**Account Manager Hotels EMEA at OpenTable (Remote)** **What you'll do** - Meet and exceed assigned monthly and quarterly retention and revenue goals - Ensure world-class customer satisfaction and support client operational needs - Maintain operational excellence by documenting client communications and reporting on account health - Demonstrate expertise on solutions to solve complex C-suite challenges - Act as the "Voice of the Customer" by providing feedback to Product and Marketing teams - Assist Hotels Account Executives and Inside Sales Representatives with client transitions **What they're looking for** - German speaking to a business level proficiency - 5+ years of Account Management or equivalent experience - Experience working under pressure and managing multiple priorities - Outstanding negotiating and communication skills - Aptitude for data-driven business decisions - Ability to travel 30-50% across the EMEA region **Details** - Location: Germany (Remote) - Type: Not specified - Salary: Not specified
