Cashel Palace Hotel — a five-star boutique property— is seeking a Commis Chef to join our pastry section. The role: Working within our pastry team, you'll be responsible for the plating and finishing of desserts to the exacting standard our guests expect, working closely with our senior pastry chefs during busy lunch and dinner service.
