Performance Architect at Numa, serving as a strategic partner to dealerships. **What you'll do** - Build strategic partnerships with dealership GMs and leadership teams to earn trust and drive results - Tie Numa’s platform to business goals like profit, productivity, and customer satisfaction (CSI) - Lead executive Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs) and create forward-looking action plans - Deliver actionable performance insights and manage 90-day engagement plans **What they're looking for** - Former General Manager, Fixed Operations Director, or similar dealership leadership experience - Deep understanding of dealership operations and ability to lead executive-level conversations - Ability to tie software platforms to operational KPIs and business priorities - Self-starter who can own executive relationships and drive action plans **Details** - Location: Remote (U.S.) / Travel onsite required - Type: Hybrid
