Receptionist / Host (m/f/d) to join the team in Prague and take care of guests in city center properties. **What you'll do** - Welcome guests, support check-in, and address questions with professionalism and warmth. - Handle guest requests and complaints using effective service recovery techniques. - Provide local recommendations on restaurants, transport, and sightseeing. - Manage the Property Management System (PMS) and collaborate with operations teams. **What they're looking for** - Exceptional team player with a focus on guest satisfaction. - Ability to collaborate with Operations, Guest Experience, housekeeping, and maintenance teams. - Strong communication skills and a proactive attitude. **Details** - Location: Praha, Czechia (On-site) - Type: Full-time permanent
