This is a fantastic opportunity for a driven chef looking to develop their career within a luxury, award-winning kitchen environment. What you'll do: Support the Head Chefs in the day-to-day running of the kitchens Maintain the highest standards of food quality, presentation, and hygiene Lead and motivate team members, supporting training and development Manage sections, rotas, and stock as required Step in confidently across different kitchen areas as business needs dictate What we're looking for: Proven experience as a Sous Chef or strong Chef de Partie ready to step up Fine dining and high-volume luxury hospitality experience preferred Strong leadership and communication skills Flexibility and adaptability across a fast-paced, multi-outlet operation A genuine passion for culinary excellence Great employee benefits as part of the overall package.  Bike to work scheme Employee assistance program Employee discount Food allowance Wellness program Sick Leave  Car park on site Carpark
